“BeYond Borders” Erasmus +

Imagine Heritage is excited for the new initiative “Beyond Borders” under the Erasmus+ in partnership with the Impact+ (Portugal), FAJDP (Portugal), Association Municipality (Bulgaria), Youth Hotalich (Bulgaria), SOLUTION: SOLIDARITE & INCLUSION (France), Nexus Social Enterprise (Greece), Patras Achaias Adult Institute (Greece), The Convent Centre of Language and Arts – APS (Italy), MIHI (Egypt), Udruga Dyxy (Croatia), Narva Keeltelüseum (Estonia).

Across the world, communities are becoming more culturally diverse
than ever before, and young people are at the heart of this change. In
schools and youth spaces, children and teens from different
continents meet daily, bringing with them unique languages,
traditions, and perspectives.
But integration doesn’t happen automatically. Language barriers,
cultural differences, and unfamiliar education systems can leave
migrant youth isolated, misunderstood, and at risk of falling behind.
Educators and youth workers are key to breaking down these barriers,
yet many lack the tools and confidence to support migrant young
people fully. This project is designed to equip you and other youth
workers with practical skills to foster connection, promote
understanding, and create inclusive environments where diversity is
celebrated, prejudice is challenged, and every young person feels they
belong.
