Are U a YES or NO?

A 2-Hour Experiential Workshop on Boundaries & Embodied Clarity

There are moments when we say “yes”… while something inside us whispers “no.”

And there are times when we want to say “no”…

Our bodies always know.

Before words are formed, the body responds — through breath, posture, tension, expansion, and contraction. When we learn to listen, clarity becomes simpler. Decisions become cleaner. Relationships become more honest.

This gentle, experiential workshop is an invitation to explore the felt sense of your authentic yes and your grounded no — in a space that is respectful, warm, and safe.

Why This Workshop?

Many of us were not taught how to:

Feel our boundaries

Express them clearly

Trust our inner signals

Stay connected when someone disagrees

This workshop is a first step toward changing that — gently and practically.

What You’ll Experience

In this 2-hour interactive session, you will:

Become more aware of your body’s subtle communication

Explore the difference between a pressured yes and a true one

Practice expressing a clear, calm no

Experience what it feels like to receive a no without collapsing

Reflect on how you show up in your personal or professional relationships

No prior experience is needed. Just bring your open curiosity.

You will never be pushed to share beyond your comfort.
