Bridging Cultures, Empowering Youth: «Culture for Diversity» Officially Takes Off!
Imagine Heritage and our international partner, You Plan Culture Foundation, are proud to announce the formal launch of our Erasmus+ project: Culture for Diversity (CFD)!
Our societies thrive on pluralism, yet young people across Europe often face barriers to inclusion, active citizenship, and cross-cultural understanding. Culture for Diversity was conceived with a clear vision: to harness the transformative power of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, theatre, and non-formal creative education to empower youth—especially those with fewer opportunities.
🎯 What We Are Setting Out to Achieve:
Over the next 18 months, our Greek-Polish consortium will deliver a structured roadmap of high-impact transnational initiatives:
- 40 Inclusive Grassroots Workshops: Bringing together 400+ young participants in Athens and Krakow to co-create through drama, digital heritage mapping, and cultural storytelling.
- Capacity Building for Youth Workers: Equipping trainers, educators, and cultural animators with tailored methodologies that merge arts and social inclusion.
- Transnational Knowledge Exchange: Fostering sustainable networking between Mediterranean and Central-Eastern European youth networks.
- An Open-Access Digital CFD Toolkit: Delivering a concrete pedagogical manual of creative practices to be shared across the EU youth sector.

This kick-off marked the culmination of rigorous administrative structuring, partnership alignment, and methodological design between our teams. With our visual identity finalized and our collaborative framework firmly set, we are transitioning from planning into direct field execution.
