Remote Volunteers Coordinator Needed

We are seeking Volunteers Coordinator to join the team of Imagine Heritage as a remote volunteer. As a Volunteers Coordinator, you will pay a crucial role in making the organization’s volunteer team work more efficient and impact. Your primary focus will be to organize and coordinate the volunteer force of the organization.

Responsibilities:

– Organizational Planning & Coordination of all aspects of volunteer (recruitment), training, evaluation and support

– In collaboration with the team, determine and develop appropriate volunteer responsibilities & coordinate the volunteers during programmes and events

– Supervise, evaluate, reassign, and coordinate the placement of volunteers in programmes and events

– Maintain a volunteer database and keep records of volunteer activities, prepare reports and schedules

-Serve as a communications liaison between the volunteer force and the team

-Support the overall volunteer department in various ways, as needed

Qualifications:

– A clear passion for community service, volunteerism, and culture  

– Excellent organizational skills

-Ability to establish positive relations through strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

-Skilled in cross-team collaboration, organization, prioritization and time management

-Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team
